You can allow customers to log in to the Self Service Portal (SSP) or allow existing customers to log in to the Offering pages to update or add to their existing subscriptions and products.
By default, when a customer signs up for a subscription, they receive an email notification where they have the ability to set a username and password for their account which is managed by Stax Bill.
If you have your own account management system, you can set it up here.
To set up the Single Sign-On, complete the following:
- In Stax Bill, click Portals on the left menu.
- From the Portal page, click a portal.
- On the Portal page, click Yes for Single Sign-On and enter the details.
