Setting the Device Serial Location

When a new subscription is created, you have the option of where the serial number for the device will be located. This is used to map the device serial to the GeoTab integration. It is recommended that the subscription name be used to contain the serial number for searchability purposes.

  1. In Stax Bill, from the left menu, navigate to Settings >Integrations >GeoTab.
  2. On the GeoTab Integration page, under the Configuration section, select which field of the subscription the device serial number will be hosted/entered. set_serial.PNG
  3. Click Update.
  4. You can now set the automation configurations.
