Configuring Product Mappings between Stax Bill and NetSuite

The final step in the configuring of Stax Bill NetSuite integration is to map all products in Stax Bill to a corresponding product in NetSuite. Note that this can be time-consuming if you have multiple products to map.

Product Mapping

To map products in Stax Bill to NetSuite, complete the following:

1. In Stax Bill, using the left-side menu, navigate to Setting >Integrations >NetSuite.
2. On the NetSuite page, click the Product Mappings tab.
3. In the Catalog Mapping Setup section, select a Stax Bill product from the drop-down menu and select the corresponding NetSuite Item to map.
4. Click Create Mapping.
5. Repeat steps 3 to 4 for each product to be mapped in NetSuite.

Discount Mapping

You can map multiple discount codes to NetSuite to better track, manage and report on discounts.

To map discounts to NetSuite, complete the following:

1. In the Discount Mapping Setup section, select a Stax Bill Discount from the drop-down menu and select the corresponding NetSuite Item to map.
2. Click Create Mapping.
3. Repeat steps 1 and 2 for each discount to be mapped in NetSuite.
