Any tax exemptions must first be set up in the Anrok platform. Once set up in Anrok, the exempt customer can be linked to a customer in Stax Bill.

Linking Customers in Stax Bill with Customers in Anrok
If you want to connect pre-existing Anrok customer records and exemptions in Stax Bill:
- From the Customer in Anrok, Copy the ID.
- Navigate to the customer in Stax Bill.
- On the main Customer information tab, click Manage integrations.
- On the Manage Integrations page, click the Anrok tab.
- Paste the Anrok Customer ID in the field.
- Click Connect Customer.
Considerations
If you would like to link existing Anrok customer records with customers in Stax Bill, you must manually link them before sending transactions.
When Stax Bill sends a transaction to Anrok, and there is no Anrok Customer ID associated with the Stax Bill customer, Stax Bill will generate one.
