1. In Stax BIll, navigate to Setting > Integrations > HubSpot.
2. Under the Customer iFrame settings, you can set whether to:
   • Allow subscription activations
   • Allow Subscription edits
     • Allow Subscription cancellations
   • Block users from activating from HubSpot in stages other than 'closedwon.'
3. From the Invoice iFrame settings, you can set whether to:
   • Allow voiding of invoices
   • Allow the void and refund of invoices
4. Click Save.

Stax Bill’s HubSpot integration is a seamless subscription management experience to configure, price, and then push closed-won deals right from HubSpot. HubSpot users will have access to create new customers (Contacts or Companies), add subscriptions to both new and existing HubSpot Contacts or Companies, as well as, the ability to activate the subscription via HubSpot or leave it in draft mode and activate via Stax Bill.
The integration is a one-way push from HubSpot to Stax Bill. A Draft customer and subscription are automatically pushed to Stax Bill once the Subscription has been created in HubSpot. It will remain in this state until it is activated in HubSpot or manually activated via Stax Bill.
Contacts or companies can be used to create the Customer and Subscription on Stax Bill. The integration pushes the HubSpot ID to Stax Bill, linking the two platforms.
The HubSpot ID will be included when the data pushes to Stax Bill. Alternatively, you can manually add the HubSpot ID to already existing accounts on Stax Bill.
Note: Except for the Stax Bill ID, there is no other Stax Bill data stored on HubSpot, as all Stax Bill screens are iframes. When you Add a Stax Bill Subscription in HubSpot, all the Plans available via Stax Bill will be displayed in HubSpot. There is no sync with the HubSpot PriceBook.
