Product Entity Mappings allow you to set up products in QuickBooks and Stax Bill to correlate.
- In Stax Bill, in the Quickbook integrations settings page, click Product Entity Mappings.
- On the Product Entity Mappings tab, you will see default mappings that were set up by the system and the setup wizard. You can modify these defaults if you prefer to use a specific item for a particular charge as the default. Click Update Defaults to accept any changes.
- In the Catalog Mapping Section, select a Stax Bill product and the corresponding QuickBooks online item. Click Create Mapping. Note that the item must exist in QuickBooks before mapping.
- The catalog mappings will appear below. You can remove them by clicking the Remove button at any time.
When invoices are created and sent to QuickBooks, any mappings in the invoice will be mapped accordingly and appear on the invoice.
