The Bulk Edit Payment Status feature allows our clients to update the settlement status of a payment.
To access the Bulk Payment Import feature, complete the following:
- Navigate to Jobs > Imports.
- On the Import page, click Create Import.
- On the Bulk Import window, select an Import Type; then select an Import Action and click Next.
- On the Choose an Import File window, click Choose File to select a file. If you do not have a file with the proper format, click Export starting data file. You can filter on date range and payment type to download the appropriate data set.
- Edit the starting file with the values to be updated and save. You will need to delete the descriptions in row two.
- Click Choose File to upload the edited starting data file and click Upload File.
- The file will be validated for structure. Click Record Validation.
- The Record Validation window will display the number of records processed and any errors encountered. Click Import Validated Records.
- On the Import Complete window, processed records and any errors will be displayed.
- The job will be initiated and depending on size may take a few minutes to complete. Click Close.
