The team is kicking off 2026 with a refreshed attitude as we look forward. The team will release monthly in 2026 to focus on some larger projects that will take longer than the usual 2-week release cycle. Here are some highlights from this January 27th release.

GeoTab

Search Subscriptions

You can now search for subscriptions with Linked GeoTab devices or have a GeoTab Plan.

GeoTab Symbol identification

Subscriptions with GeoTab now display a GeoTab symbol to quickly indicate that it is associated with a GeoTab integration.

Cancel and Migrate Geotab Subscriptions

When the device moves between Geotab contacts or between different plans, Stax Bill will cancel the subscription. Subsequently, the updated contact or plan will result in Stax Bill creating a subscription with the updated contact or plan information.

This setting can be configured on the Settings > Integrations > GeoTab configuration page.

Winter bugs are the worst! Good news though. These bugs won't make it to the wonderful Spring!

Bug 59394: Rollback on failed payment, deleting unknown paj.

Bug 64491: API call to delete Payment Method returns 204 even if the delete fails.
