This release adds small enhancements to existing features to make things just a little easier. In addition, multiple bugs were fixed to start the summer off with fewer bugs, which everyone can agree is awesome. Here are some of the highlights from the May 19, 2026 [1.302 +1.303] release.
Enhancements
GeoTab
Geotab Go Expand Devices: Go Expand devices have been improved in the Stax Bill UI. Now, on their specific device plans, it will display "Expand Go," making it easier to view plans and create standing orders.
Device Export: You can now export a customer's device list, allowing you to view additional device information. You can export the list from the Customer overview page, under Geotab integration Customer Devices. The exported file will contain additional fields for analysis.
NetSuite
NetSuite Payment Ledger Selection: You can now configure the Payment Ledger in the NetSuite integration. In the Stax Bill Netsuite integration, select Entity Mapping and then select an appropriate payment ledger.
Multi-Year Billing Period Selection: The new ability to select specific years for multi-year billing periods allows users to anchor billing cycles to precise dates and improves proration handling.
