Hosted pages refer to Stax Bill's white-labelled web pages that allow customers to login in to manage, pay, and purchase additional products from your business.
Self Service Portal is where a customer can log in and pay and manage their subscriptions or products.
Offering pages, sometimes referred to as Registration pages are where typically new clients can sign up for an offering such as a subscription or product.
Stax Bill's hosted pages allow you to customize the page with your branding and offerings. This easy-to-use interface allows you to not have to invest heavily into managing the domains, access, and hosting required to maintain a webpage.
To set up the hosted pages, you will need to set the appearance. This is where you can customize the look and feel of the website to suit the company palette of colours, fonts and images. Note changes made to the appearance are reflected on both the Self Service Portal and Offerings pages.
Once you have set the appearance, you can move into configuring your Self Service Portal for customers. These section configurations control how the user will log in, manage their payments, etc. on the pages.
You can also set up offering pages to allow new customers to subscribe to new services. In addition, existing clients can use the offerings page to add to their existing subscriptions.
