Verifying NetSuite Prerequisites

Before installing the Stax Bill NetSuite integration in NetSuite, token-based authentication must be enabled in NetSuite for Stax Bill to communicate with NetSuite securely.

To Enable token-based authentication, complete the following:

1. Log into NetSuite with an Admin account. Note: Stax Bill recommends an account dedicated to the Stax Bill NetSuite integration management.
2. In NetSuite, from the top menu bar, navigate to Setup >Company; then click Enable Features.

2. On the Enable Features page, on the menu bar, click SuiteCloud.

3. Under the Suite Talk (Web Services) section, verify that SOAP Web Services is enabled.
4. Under the Managed Authentication section, verify that Token-Based Authentication is enabled.
5. Click Save.
