Setting Password and Lock out Limits

You can set the password length minimums and how many failed attempts are before an account is locked. 

  1. Navigate to Settings >Permissions.
  2. Click Password Security.
  3. On the Password Security page, set the minimum length of a password and the number of failed attempts before your account is locked out.permissions.png

Note: By default, the min. is eight characters and ten failed attempts. After the attempts are met, the account will be locked for 24 hours. Please get in touch with your administrator to reset your password.
