Stax Bill enables you to automate much of your communication with your customers through configurable text and email notifications that you can enable or disable. These automated messages are sent in response to specific triggering events. You control the content and, in certain cases, the timing of these messages.
To use this functionality, text messaging must be enabled for your account. Please contact us.
You can configure text messages to automatically:
-
Provide newly activated customers with a link to the self-service portal to manage important account information
-
Notify a customer that they have been set up for automated text messages from Stax Bill
-
Notify of impending credit card expiration and provide a link to update payment information
-
Advise the customer of a failed payment attempt
-
Prompt the customer to renew a subscription that is nearing expiration
-
Provide the link to reset a password when the customer has initiated the "Forgot Password" process
Note
To avoid disturbing your customers during the middle of the night, text messages will not be sent between 10:00 pm and 7:00 am in the time zone set for your account.
You will find the following outgoing text options on the Settings>Branding>Outgoing Texts page.
