Geotab sells devices and provides services for GPS Tracking for vehicle fleets.
These devices have serial numbers, and may have vehicle identification numbers (VIN) to identify which vehicle the device is attached to.
The Stax Bill GeoTab integration connects to the GeoTab system using four scheduled automation jobs, all revolving around GPS device recurring service management.
The automations allow for scheduling and configuration, to customize their function to your needs. Once configured and toggled, these automations will create and manage subscriptions in Stax Bill based on device records in Geotab. Once the automations create subscriptions, Stax Bill's recurring functionality takes over, to manage billing the customers.
