Installing the Stax Bill HubSpot Integration

To install the Stax Bill HubSpot integration, complete the following:

1. In Stax Bill, from the left side menu, navigate to Settings >Integrations >HubSpot.
2. On the HubSpot Configuration page, click Connect to HubSpot.
3. The browser will redirect to HubSpot and will check browser settings and will open to HubSpot sign-on page.
4. Enter your account email address and password.
5. On the Request for Integration Permissions page, click Grant Access to allow Stax Bill to connect.
6. In Stax Bill, on the HubSpot Configure page, click Activate.
7. Once activated, Stax Bill will prompt you to activate a Subscription via HubSpot.
1. If Yes, you will be able to Activate the subscriptions via HubSpot.
2. If No, the new customer/subscription will remain in DRAFT in Stax Bill.
Note: Selecting No will require manual intervention. A team member will need to access Stax Bill, review customer or subscription details, making necessary adjustments, and once completed, click Activate. This will activate the Customer and Subscription.
8. Stax Bill will add two Widgets to HubSpot.
1. The first Widget, Stax Bill Customer, is located under the Contact or Company details, depending on which entity type you created (Contacts versus Companies).
2. The second widget, Stax Bill Deal Subscriptions, appears on the Deal screen.
