11. Setting NetSuite Bin Requirements

You can set the bin field as mandatory for purchases if bins are used. This will eliminate the field being forgotten by a clerk when making a purchase. For items with only one bin, that bin will be selected by default.

To set the NetSuite bin requirement, complete the following:

1. In Stax Bill, on the left menu, navigate to Settings >Integrations >NetSuite.
2. On the NetSuite integration page, click the Entity Mapping tab.
3. On the Entity Mapping page, under the Location Mapping section, turn on the Mandatory Bin Selection for Purchases option.
4. Click Save.
