Stax Bill can support any world currency to bill your customers, The Stax Bill system by default has 20 world currencies pre-configured to be added to your account. Contact your Account Executive (sales@Staxbill.com) if you wish to make a request for an additional currency.
When running a multi-currency account in Stax Bill, all of your financial information will become available in multiple currencies. The Stax Bill system does not combine financial information from multiple currencies into single reports via the use of exchange rates.
Adding Currencies to your account
With Stax Bill, you have the ability to configure your account to manage and bill in multiple currencies. All Plans and Products are priced for each currency. Each customer you create in the Stax Bill system is set for a specific currency when they are initially set up.
To manage currencies:
- In Stax Bill, from the left-hand menu, click Settings > Customization > Currency.
- On the Currencies page, select a currency and click Add.
- Once added, you can activate the currency. To set prices, you will need to set a price for each product or plan before activating. If you activate without setting prices, you have the option to have the system by default set prices to 0 when you click Activate.
- Click Activate.
Note: Currencies can only be deleted if they have had no subscriptions or transactions associated with them. Otherwise, they need to be retired. When a currency is retired, no new customers can be created with this currency.
