We are springing forward to some enhancements to our integrations and self-service portal. Here are just some of the highlights for this March 12, 2024, release.

 

Feature Highlight

HubSpot

A multitude of HubSpot enhancements have been made in this release. 

In the HubSpot interface, you can now complete and interact with Stax Bill without leaving the HubSpot interface.

You can now view and edit customers in HubSpot. From the right panel, under Actions, click Edit Customer.

In addition, tracking codes are now displayed under the Customer panel along with the ability to make a payment. In the make a payment window, you can make a payment on file or allocate the payment to an outstanding invoice, if one exists.

In the Invoice panel, you can now display or download invoices, void, or void and refund.

Enhancements

Self-Service Portal improvements

Now, the self-service portal supports longer descriptions for donations. When a customer makes a payment, you have the option to set donations as opt-in by default or opt-out by default. The settings can be changed in the Settings of the Self-Service Portal.

 

In addition, some improvements were made to the migration timing and payment method. When scheduling has been set in Stax BIll, the migration wizard will now skip the timing wizard in the self-service portal. 

If a customer has a default payment method on file, the add payment step of the wizard will be skipped, and the default payment will be used. 

This can simplify the migration process by removing steps and using defaults, increasing the completion of the migration process.

 

API Enhancements

  • You can now void external refunds and payments.

In Memoriam

  • Bug 57344: You cannot add a tax ledger in QBO if it is not in the first result set.
  • Bug 57479: Cannot delete NetSuite configuration when using credit items.
  • Bug 57568: Netsuite Entity mapping and product mapping page errors when I have a null DefaultNetsuiteWriteOffCreditLedgerItem, and my NetSuite doesn't have accounts.
  • Bug 57590: Duplicate rows in Geotab Subscription Create import.
  • Bug 57635: SSP error alert on invoice details page broken.
  • Bug 57352: You cannot pay for purchase and invoice on the SSP.
