This late Fall release brings many behind-the-scenes improvements and performance enhancements to start the Holiday season off right. Here are a few items included in the November 19, 2024 release.

 

 

Enhancements

HubSpot Enhancements

Email Communication

You can now edit the email communications that are sent to the customer.email_comm.png

Enable, disable or follow the account default selection in Stax Bill all within the HubSpot interface. email)com_Sel.png

Audit Logs

You can review changes made to the system by selecting Audit Log from the Custom Action button.

Reporting Enhancements

Summarize Invoice by Subscription

You can now choose to summarize an invoice by subscription and select the appropriate items to display. This can minimize the size of an invoice and clutter when an invoice contains many line items.

Post Invoice Accounting Status

The account status has been added to the Posted Invoice CSV.

Scheduler option from Deferred and Earned Revenue Export

You can now schedule the Deferred Revenue report. Click the export button and follow the usual steps to send by email or other option and a preferred schedule.

Report Improvements

On the Calendar report, when viewing failed payments, a new column, Gateway Response, has been added to display the error.

On the invoice aging report graphic, hovering on a bar shows the count of customers.

Bugs

  • Bug 57264: Uplift price not displayed on projected invoice.
  • Bug 58152: The projected invoice needs to be corrected when I'm scheduled to charge and migrate on the same day.
  • Bug 59838: Custom Report SFTP - Run Now does not work.
  • Bug 59996: The scheduled invoice report needs to respect X days back.
  • Bug 60188: The billing Period Payment Schedule allows installment totals higher than the related invoice amount.
  • Bug 60281: When importing a subscription through Admin, the system does not follow the account subscription setting and sets the invoice day to the day the subscription was imported.
  • Bug 60332: Bulk subscription product price import throwing error when exporting the starting file.
  • Bug 60392: When Reverse all charges fully is selected, the customer remains in POOR STANDING status after cancellation with a $0 balance.
  • Bug 60648: The current MRR when posting the invoice in the magic window between my timezone month and the UTC month causes a miscalculation.
  • Bug 60719: Error in Customer Advanced Search.
  • Bug 60830: Hover popup on Hubspot iFrame page can fail to display due to screen position.
  • Bug 60835: Invoicing aging widget hover total contains errors.
