Spring is near, so the integration specialist is frolicking around the hillside, providing treats for all the Stax Bill users! Sunny days are coming. Here are some of the highlights of this March 26, 2024 [1.247] release.

 

Feature Highlight

HubSpot

You can now edit, cancel, and add coupons to subscriptions using the HubSpot cards. These actions allow you to stay within the HubSpot interface and have any changes reflected in the Stax Bill system.

In addition, you can modify, add or remove products within the subscription. This is available in the HubSpot Subscription card Action menu.

In HubSpot, you can manage a customer's payment method or credit or take a payment and allocate it to selected invoices.

Enhancements

Self-Service Portal

The self-service portal donation option now allows for longer descriptions and allows users to set defaults for opting into donations/ tips or off. 

The email time restriction introduced in 2023 has been improved when a customer interacts with the self-service portal. Email communications will be sent immediately if a user takes an action, thus overriding the automated restriction.

 

Bugs

Bug 54385: SSP - Select ALL behaviour for child customers returns inconsistent results.

Bug 55950: Payment Method Update email never sends.

Bug 56657: Draft Invoice PDF renders Payment Schedule incorrectly.

Bug 57182: Retiring GLCode that is attached to product not fully retiring.

Bug 56952: Scheduled Payment Order on invoice email is sorted unexpectedly.

Bug 57221: Generate and email statement requires projected invoice regeneration.

Bug 57307: SSP invoices grid sort order varies based on the Parental Access setting.

Bug 57535: Payments made in SSP should show the source as the Self-Service Portal.
