Feature Highlights

HubSpot

Management of customer billing settings

You can now set in Stax Bill to allow HubSpot to manage a customer's billing settings. In Stax Bill, in the HubSpot settings, you can provide the ability to modify billing options in HubSpot.

Click Action in the Customer card to modify the billing setting in HubSpot.

Billing clerks can also create credit and allocate the credit or allocate a payment to a particular invoice.

Enhancements

 

Discounts on flat rate price

Improvements to discounts on flat-rate price items allow the discount to be calculated on the prorated flat rate. This allows better calculations when adding products with flat-rate pricing mid-period.

In addition, when multiple discounts are added, the best discount is applied. If a discount expires, then any remaining discounts will take effect. 

Discount Migration 

Better handling of discount period counter when a discount is used on a migration. The discount is used and consumes the counter, if applicable, on the mid-period charge. 

Bugs

  • Bug 56830: remove tax reg code requirement.
  • Bug 57845: Customers cannot be billed because of unincluded stairstep subscription products.
  • Bug 57903: A large number of customers unsuspended results in a billing slowdown.
  • Bug 57919: Restrict Email Sending off by 1 hour.
  • Bug 57963: Global Payments refund does not occur when void fails.
  • Bug 58016: Flat rate discount not applied when another discount has 0 periods remaining.
  • Bug 58064: Not seeing AR balance in the Add credit page in HubSpot.
