The early summer release is here. The team has been working on some great enhancements to improve processes and add more advanced features to allow customers more options. Here are some items from the June 4, 2024 [1.251 and 1. 252] release.

Features

Migration Options and Sequencing

You can now set the sequence in which the migration paths will appear on the customer self-service portal. Use the order action on the Self-Service Portal page to order the migration paths. 

Enhancements

Sales Tracking code Search

The customer search now allows you to search by sales tracking codes. Previously, searching by sales tracking code was in the advanced search option. Now, it is more visible and easy to utilize.

HubSpot

Customer Notes

You can now view customer notes within HubSpot, review them, edit them, and create new ones. From the Customer card, click Actions > Manage Notes in HubSpot.

Historical Payments

You can now view historical payments within HubSpot. From the Customer card, click Actions > Historical Payments. From the details Actions you can review the payment information as well as refund the payment.

Subscription Modification / Migration

You can now modify a customer's subscription using the subscription card in HubSpot. Click Change Subscription to open the HubSpot migration wizard. Before saving, you will see the resulting impact of any changes.
