Removing a Parent

To remove a parent from a child customer, complete the following:

  1. From the left menu, click Customers to open the Customer view.
  2. Click a customer with a parent associated with it.
  3. On the Customer Overview page, on the Customer card, click Remove next to the Parent row.mceclip0.png
  4. On the confirmation window, click Yes.
  5. The parent customer is removed from the Customer Overview page.
