Adding a Parent to a Customer

The customer hierarchy feature allows you to create parent-child relationships. The parent can then view its children from the overview page as well as manage the child customer.

From a child customer, you can set its parent and view their relationship from the child customer overview page.

Create a new child customer

Prerequisite

The parent must exist in Stax Bill.

1. From the left menu, click Customers.
2. On the Customer page, on the top right, click Create Customer.
3. On the Customer Create page, in the Identification section, click Select Parent.
4. On the Select Parent window, select a parent and click Confirm.

Adding a parent to an existing customer

1. From the left menu, click Customers.
2. On the Customer View page, click a customer that does not have an existing parent.
3. On the Customer Overview page, under the Customer section, click Select Parent.
4. From the Edit Parent Customer window, select a parent and click Save.
