Stax Bill continues to strive to make billing more efficient and easy for our clients. In this release, we settle in for a smooth ride into the Fall season. This release includes performance enhancements and polishing to gleam the sun's reflection as the days become shorter. Here are some highlights for the September 27, 2022 [1.215] release:
Feature Highlights
Payment Sharing Options
As a parent company, you can now determine which child companies you share your payment method with. You can share, not share, or make default.
Payment Schedule Date Picker
You can now schedule payments to a ready draft invoice by selecting the date for easy payment mappings to an invoice.
NetSuite Integration links
Within NetSuite and Stax Bill there are new hyper links related to specific processes. This enables more efficient troubleshooting between Stax Bill and the NetSuite integration. Clicking the NetSuite or Stax Bill ID will open the application to the related process.
Enhancements
Forte Gateway EFT
Stax Bill now provides EFT support using the Forte Gateway.
Calendar Report Improvements
The calendar report now provides a separation of payments and failed payments into initial and retries of the system. This is useful to know when a payment was attempted the first time and any subsequent tries which can show the dunning process at work and provide insight on the customer payment issues.
Bugs
Ah, Fall, the bugs are almost all gone for the season.
- Fixed an issue where there was no validation of the structure of the starting file used for imports.
- The Available Funds Application would display incorrect error states.
- An Eerror could occur when sending reconciliation reports to an email server.
