Once a customer is linked, Stax Bill can display a full list of devices from MyAdmin. This can provide a quick way to verify the full list of devices, the Device Plans in use, Device Status values and other useful information.
You can tap the Details button beside each device to show the full amount of data that Geotab sends to Stax Bill, in order to populate this table.
NOTE: The process of pulling this data can be slow, depending on the number of devices, the connection to Geotab, as well as other factors.
- In Customer Overview, tap the green Linked button under the Geotab label.
- Tap the View Devices button.
- Note that this list is not saved in Stax Bill. It must be pulled each time it is needed.
