Stax Bill uses 4 automations to manage and synchronize Geotab MyAdmin records to Stax Bill:
Subscription Creation
This will create an import that automatically creates subscriptions for devices associated with customers whenever devices are set up in Geotab, and the Device Price Plans assigned in MyAdmin are also active.
Subscription Activation
This will create a subscription-activation import for the devices ready to be activated.
VIN Update
This will create a subscription update import for the devices that need their VINs added or updated.
Subscription Cancellation
This will create a subscription cancellation import with the devices that need to be cancelled. This will include any device whose Device Plan in MyAdmin no longer matches its Subscription's Device Plan.
Each of these jobs can be manually run by clicking the Run Job button from the top of the Geotab Configuration page, in Settings > Integrations > Geotab.
Click the Run Job button, and select the Job Type you want to run.
Click the Start Job button
An import that functions in the same way as the corresponding Stax Bill > Geotab automation job will be started.
A file showing the results of collecting information from Geotab MyAdmin, validating the file format and contained rows, and the rows that are ready for Import will be created and displayed in the Review column.
You can then click Import Validated Records to add and process the bulk file.
NOTE: If you run any automation manually, the scheduled run for the same day will be cancelled.
