The MRR Summary report allows you to track your MRR Activity over the specified time range.
The MRR summary report must be run separately for different currencies. If you have multiple currencies in your account, a drop menu will be at the top of the report where this is selected.
The MRR Summary report can be run for Gross or Net MRR values, and the Net MRR will include discounts.
Summary
The MRR summary provides your opening and closing MRR for the selected time period. You can click on any of the bars to see how that month's MRR was calculated.
Bar Graph
The bar graph will show the closing MRR at the end of each month within the time period specified. You can drill down into any month to see a breakdown of MRR activity within the month:
New MRR - represents MRR growth for new subscriptions
Expansion MRR - represents increases in MRR value on existing subscriptions (i.e. price increases, quantity increases)
Contraction MRR - represents decreases in MRR value on existing subscriptions (i.e. price increases, quantity decreases)
Churn MRR - represents the loss of MRR from subscription cancellations
MRR Momentum Data Graph
The MRR Momentum Data graph is at the bottom of the MRR Summary report. This report allows an accordion drill down into the MRR momentum categories to provide details of individual customers contributing to MRR changes. The data can be exported to CSV format by clicking Export on the right-hand side.
The month and year in the opening column on the left-hand side represent the creation date of the customer.
