Stax Bill prevents the creation of identical frequencies for the same Plan. If you are being prevented from adding a frequency to a Plan, you may be trying to add a frequency that already exists for that Plan or was previously retired.
If you used to offer a Plan frequency, for example, yearly, then retired it, but now what to offer that frequency again, you will need to restore it.
-
Navigate to Catalog >Plans.
-
Locate the Plan to which you wish to add the frequency, then click Edit.
-
In the Frequencies section, locate the frequency you wish to restore.
-
Click Restore as Draft.
The frequency is restored but is not yet active for the Plan. This ensures that you can price any Products added to the Plan since the frequency was retired.
-
Edit the product pricing as necessary, then, on the Plans page, click Activate beside the restored frequency.
