Voiding and Refunding Invoices

In HubSpot, you can view and download PDFs of a customer's invoices. If configured in the Stax Bill HubSpot settings section, you can also void or refund an invoice. 

1. On the Invoice card on the left, click View.
2. On the Invoice page, you can review the invoices by downloading a PDF. Click Void or Void and Refund to start the process.
3. Confirm how to earn revenue and click Save.
