Migrating a Subscription in HubSpot

You can modify a customer's subscription using the HubSpot subscription card. Click Change Subscription to open the HubSpot migration wizard. 

1. On the right-hand panel, click Actions on the Subscription card and select Change Subscription.
2. On the Change Subscription page, select a plan to migrate to and click Next.
3. On the following page, select a time for the migration to take place and, if applicable, select a coupon to apply. Click Next.
4. Review the changes and click Save.

The subscription will be migrated based on the timing selected and adjusted if a coupon has been applied. These changes will also be reflected in Stax Bill.
