Stax Bill's Self Service Portal allows existing customers to manage their subscriptions. The page is hosted by Stax Bill and can be customized with your brand colours and other styles. Once the customer logs in they can, review invoices, make payments, manage payment methods, view subscriptions, and add more subscriptions by redirecting to the included offerings page.
Customers can review their subscriptions as well as add to their subscriptions. Clicking the Add Subscription button, a customer will be redirected to the Registration pages where they can add subscriptions and products to their account.
On the statements page, customers can view previous statements and download or email them for their records.
On the Payment Management page, the customer can review which credit cards they have on file. In addition, customers can add additional cards to the account or edit existing cards to update expiry dates or addresses.
Customers can manage their contact information so that billing and shipping addresses are always up to date.
