February 11, 2025, release brings with it some fine enhancements. Here are just a few of the highlights from this 1.270 release:

 

Enhancements

Manual Payments

When recording a payment outside of Stax Bill, you can set the payment to pending. The settlement status will be set to Pending when the payment is applied.

You can settle or unsettle a payment on the Payment Details page.

Earned/ Deferred Revenue Reports with Child Hierarchy Details

Now, when selecting Custom or Detailed reports, the child hierarchy information can be included. This allows you to quickly see where revenue is allocated from if you have child accounts.

Bugs

  • Bug 60534: Error with Bulk PurchaseCreate + Auto Finalize.
  • Bug 61311: Not Tried NetSuite events not included under Warnings.
  • Bug 61312: Count and Paging are inaccurate on the Netsuite Reverse Charge Warnings page.
  • Bug 61591: Avalara: Create customer issues And Customer Overview Issues when Avalara taxation is not configured.
