The final release of the year is here. This year, the team worked on several backend systems to improve responsiveness and future-proof Stax Bill, making it more robust and enabling exciting new features in the coming years. Here are some of the enhancements for December 16, 2025 [1.291 and 1.292].

Enhancements

Geotab

Cancelled and migrated subscriptions with devices can be added to new subscriptions in Stax Bill.

Previously, when a subscription was cancelled or migrated, the device subscription would not be reactivated in Stax Bill.

Now, Geotab devices that have been reactivated in Geotab will be added to Stax Bill subscriptions, allowing a device to be moved between customers and/or plans.

 Stored Geotab Plans

Stax Bill now stores a cache of the available Geotab plans. This improves the system's responsiveness when selecting a plan in the UI.

You can request to resync the plan list from the Geotab integration.
