Mid-summer releases are all about fine-tuning and keeping the summer bliss going. In this release, the team has been working on some behind-the-scenes improvements to enhance efficiency and provide smooth sailing for new work ahead. Here are some more notable improvements in the August 12, 2025, release.
Enhancements
SSP Custom Payment Allocations
You can now allow your customer to pay partial amounts of invoices. They can enter an amount to pay for a particular invoice. In addition, a reset button has been added for an improved customer experience. To allow payment customization, go to Portal > Self Service Portal Configuration > Invoices.
Disable a Self Service Portal (SSP)
You can now disable a portal using a new disable button.
The SSP Payment Method label can be modified
You can now modify the label for payment method entry. This allows you to change it from just credit to include debit or both in the label, allowing customers to enter either debit or credit card information. This allows customers who may be surcharged using a credit card the ability to use a debit card.
To configure, navigate to Portal > Self Service Portal Configuration > Payment Methods. Under the available payment methods, you can modify settings.
This modification allows a customer to choose between a debit or credit card. When a credit card is chosen, an informational pop-up may appear that specifically outlines the costs, including surcharging to the customer. The customer can proceed to make a payment or can switch to a debit card.
Bugs
Bug 63761: Suspension Date does not match the number of Days remaining until suspension.
Bug 63855: Deleting a Subscription in HubSpot with purchases on the same deal creates an error.
