As we head into Spring, this release cleans up some bugs and prepares us for exciting upcoming updates. Here are some highlights of the April 8, 2025 release.

Enhancements

Import Payment Create Status

You can now include the payment status when bulk importing. A new Payment Status (Settlement Status) has been added to the import.

Bug 54301: SB links in Netsuite have incorrect URLs.

Bug 54775: Auto Post invoice button present while loading invoice preview.

Bug 55130: Source subscription does not earn on the day of migration.

Bug 56236: Payment Schedule Journal is updating the due date unexpectedly.

Bug 58268: Geotab Subscription Create does not audit log subscription creation.

Bug 58399: Cancelled Ready Draft Unified Invoices are not being removed from the Calendar Report.

Bug 59005: The Next Billing Date on the Customer Overview is confusing when my monthly billing period won't charge.

Bug 59010: Invoice email merge point preview doesn't show example merge points.

Bug 59182: The Plan Families "Add Relationship" wizard does not handle abandonment well.

Bug 60925: Projected Invoices not generated after Subscription Import.

Bug 61652: The contract calendar is partially hidden on the left side of the screen.

Bug 62260: Invoice notes allow up to 4000 characters but can be truncated unexpectedly.

Bug 62320: Error Message for Quantity Management Settings on Hosted Pages should display horizontally.

Bug 62399: Surcharge Disclaimer Not Displayed When Adding Payment Method During Multi-Invoice Payment.

Bug 62422: Payment export missing basic customer information and Stax Bill id.
