With this Spring release, Stax Bill brings to life some often asked for features! In addition, the team has improved some performance and efficiencies behind the scenes as well as crush some bugs before the summer days are here. Here are some of the highlights of the April 22, 2025 [1.275] release.
Feature Highlight
Multi-Factor Authentication
It's here! Stax Bill now offers the ability to use Multi-factor Authentication. You can now feel even more secure when accessing Stax Bill.
Contact your Customer Success Representative to turn on Multifactor Authentication.
Once activated, you can turn it on in Settings > Permissions under Password Security.
Once activated, users will be prompted to set up MFA using a QR code and an authenticator app when logged in.
You can review and see who has configured MFA on the Users page.
Enhancements
Reissue a Posted Invoice
With this release, you can now reissue a posted invoice. This can be useful when a customer's address is incorrect or a value, such as a quantity, coupon, or tax rate, is missed.
The reissue allows you to make changes. The original invoice will remain, and you can reverse or void it as you like, depending on your circumstances.
