Reviewing the History for Products Purchased Outside of Plan

If you need to review what products a customer has purchased outside of a plan, you can via the Purchases History option.

1. Locate your Customer in Stax Bill.
2. Click on Details for that Customer.
3. From Customer Menu, click on Purchases.
4. The Purchase History screen displays the Products purchased outside of Plans, including the Date of Purchase and Amount charged.
   
5. Click on Details to open a transaction. This will provide the details relating to the purchase.
