Cloning Subscriptions

Stax Bill’s customer subscription management page allows subscription cloning.

Cloning subscriptions is useful if you need to make multiple exact copies of existing draft subscriptions on customers.

Clone a Subscription

1. On the Customer Overview page, in the Subscription section, click All.
2. On the Subscription page, locate the draft subscription to be cloned and click the Duplicate icon.
3. On the Clone Subscription window, enter the number of subscriptions to create and click Clone.
4. For each cloned subscription, you can modify the Name, Description, and Reference. When complete, click Ok.
5. The cloned draft subscriptions will appear in the subscription section.
6. Click Activate on each clone and the original to activate the subscriptions on the customer.
